We are looking for a HR generalist with a passion for Employee Relations to join out team in Knowsley.

The role will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to leaders and team members in the delivery of Employee Relations processes and practices including; conduct, performance management, grievance, flexible working, probations with a strong focus on absence management including coordinating our occupational health service.


The successful candidate will work to deliver and ensure appropriate responses to related employment issues that arise, whilst also working to proactively support and maintain a positive employment climate enhancing the team Member experience.

This role will lead on high volume and routine formal processes and will be an integral part of the Team Member Relations team within the UK whilst also working alongside our global and International colleagues across the Qurate/QVC markets to drive service improvements and alignment where practicable.


The Team Member Relations Partner will also be responsible for ensuring legislative and relevant QVC Policy compliance in the execution of business activity and QVC culture, and is guided by the Team Member relations Lead in market ensuring that applicable QVC policies are up to date, compliant, maintained and appropriate for the achievement of business needs.

This role has no direct financial management responsibility, although has indirectly impacts costs incurred through poor team member relations management.


For this role it is important that you are highly engaging and organised with an ability to weigh up risks and make informed decisions that are right for our business, people and culture.


We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative and can work across the business with our leaders and senior stakeholders.

Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a generalist HR role and have practical knowledge and experience of Employee Relations practices.
