Teacher of Geography with Humanities (Maternity Cover)

Full time or part time considered, temporary

Starting: 1 September 2024

Salary: £30,728 to £45,209 per annum (Pro-rata for Part time)

We are looking for an inspirational Teacher of Geography with Humanities to join us in covering Maternity, starting in September 2024.

We welcome applicants embarking on their first Teacher role or individuals wishing to broaden their experience within a supportive and nurturing environment.

The successful applicant will have a passion for Geography and Humanities and will be capable of teaching up to and including A level.

Woodbridge School is one of the top academic schools in Suffolk, located in a beautiful part of the county, yet only one hour 20 minutes from London.

You will be expected to:

• Prepare and deliver challenging and stimulating lessons, with due regard to students' individual needs across the Senior School, age range 11 to 18.

• Set high standards and encourage all students to achieve their full potential.

• Show a genuine interest in Geography and Humanities and demonstrate excellent communication skills and assist with enrichment activities.
