About the Company: Join a leading automotive manufacturing company in Bolton, known for its high-volume production and commitment to quality. My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the quality department to ensure compliance with automotive industry standards.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems, including IATF16949.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure quality is built into the manufacturing process from start to finish.
- Analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for quality-related communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits and lead root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of automotive quality standards (IATF16949 or VDA6.3).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Highly data-driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
