A Residential Property Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity in Leamington Spa with an ambitious and dynamic small regional law firm.

Salary is upwards of £35K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.


An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.


The successful Residential Property Solicitor manage a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership from start to finish.


Applications are invited from Residential Property Solicitors looking for the salary and responsibility that is the measure of their experience.

The successful candidate will be NQ+ PQE managing a caseload from start to finish
