This role will suit an ambitious Immigration Solicitor or Legal Executive with the desire to play a significant role within an expanding Immigration Department where you will work with the senior fee earner and manage a caseload of private matters.
Due to a solid reputation, there is a demand for services and an increasing caseload and upon joining this busy department, you will help individuals and businesses of various sizes across all areas of immigration matters, which includes skilled worker visas/work permits, intra-company transfers and sponsor licenses. You will lead and develop the team and manage budgets and targets, ensuring clients continue to receive exceptional client care. In addition, longer term you will be responsible for hiring your own team and raising your profile in the industry.
To be successful, you will have a strong understanding of Immigration law and have a proactive and personable approach to managing client relationships and work in a motivated and professional style within a friendly work environment.
