Position:

The leading Kitchen Furniture manufacturer based in Howden, East Yorkshire is currently seeking a CE night driver to join their team. This role involves distributing flat packed kitchen furniture component products to regional distribution hubs using curtain side trailer trunk work, with possible backloads to return.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Securing load on trailer with straps
  • Adhering to tachograph and WTD rules

Compensation:
Night work Monday to Friday: £18.67 per hour
Night weekend work: £23.33 per hour
Shift allowance: £14.66 per night

Requirements:

  • CPC Driver Qualification Card
  • Category C+E driving license
  • Experience with articulated class 1 vehicles and curtain sider trailers
  • Good strapping skills

An induction process is mandatory before starting work, with ongoing full-time opportunities available upon completion. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in driving skills, hazard awareness, health and safety, and highway code knowledge. Microlise will be used for driver and vehicle management.
