We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. The role:

  • Part Time- 12 hours per week
  • Permanent
  • £7,590 - £7,752 Per Annum
  • Gorseinon Campus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the student mobility programmes -Turing Scheme and Taith - including:
    o booking flights/accommodation for overseas visits
    o ensuring all documentation is in place for each student and staff member
    o organising receipts and reconciling trip expenditure
    o collating student case studies for marketing purposes
    o write and publish social media posts on mobilities
    o any other related administration support
  • Assist with student admissions, ensuring spreadsheets are up-to-date and all documentation has been received.
  • Provide administration support for UKVI compliance, including data entry and ensuring student data is accurate, and issuing student letters, as required
  • Provide pastoral care for international students based across all College sites
  • Assist with the co-ordination of seasonal schools (summer/winter)

About you:

  • Qualified to degree level or have appropriate professional experience
  • Previous experience of working in administration or a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT Literate, ability to use spreadsheets and Word
