What we re looking for:

  • Proficient in multiple trade disciplines with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience interacting with the public and residents in a professional manner.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and safety practices
  • Sound technical knowledge across various aspects of construction.
  • Skilled in both carpentry and plumbing with significant practical experience.
  • Possession of relevant technical qualifications or at least 6 years of equivalent industry experience in plumbing, carpentry, roofing, or wet trades
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to drive.
