Fire Marshall

BMSL require a Fire Marshall at a site in Waltham Cross.

Applicants must have a valid CSCS Card and Fire Marshall ticket.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive fire safety programs and policies.
  • Conduct regular fire risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits of all company facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations and codes.
  • Develop and deliver fire safety training programs for employees, including fire drills and emergency response procedures.
  • Investigate and document fire incidents, identify causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with local fire departments and emergency services to coordinate emergency response efforts.
  • Maintain and inspect fire safety equipment, including alarms, extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting.
  • Lead fire safety committee meetings and provide expert advice on fire safety issues.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on fire safety performance to senior management.

Pay rate is 13.15ph, 9.5hrs paid per day via umbrella or CIS. Long term work avaialble.
