Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor patient vital signs and assess their condition, reporting any changes to the medical team.
Educate patients and families on healthcare procedures, medications, and disease management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid license to practice in the United Kingdom.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
