As our Group continues to grow and open new schools we are keen to hear from Headteachers who are interested in joining us.

At Spaghetti Bridge, we celebrate our unique three stage curriculum approach to learning, which embeds the necessary 21st century skills that our children need in order to lead fulfilling lives in a fast changing society.

We have schools across the South West from Plymouth to Gloucester and will be expanding beyond this region soon.

Our Headteachers work alongside other Heads and Group Support members to implement research-led curriculum developments. We are looking for like minded and passionate educators who thrive within a creative but intentional environment and are able to lead and inspire their teams to achieve aspirational outcomes for our students.

The group has developed a new and exciting approach to curriculum and learning and will provides a detailed process driven framework for our leaders.

We are looking for leaders that:


• have substantial experience in leading within a relevant setting


• are able to articulate their understanding of up to date, evidence-based practice relating to SEMH and ASC interventions


• know how to employ a range of evidence, including performance data, to support, monitor, evaluate and improve aspects of school life, including challenging poor performance


• be able to explain the principles of strategic financial planning, budgetary management and principles of best value


• be able to demonstrate their ability to develop and support staff


• have a successful record of multi-agency working


• be an excellent and dynamic communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders

The successful candidate will be supported with a full induction programme which will include working with our Headteachers and Group Support Team.
