This North-west Child Protection team are offering a steady caseload of 18-20, which in the current climate offers you an ideal balance outside of work. You can appreciate that many social workers have cases that eat into their evenings and one of the ore values in this team is flexibility around cases. The team wants to provide you with less stress and no heavy burden of mass piling casework by allowing you management if your own diary.

After inspections were carried out, OFSTED rated this local authority as "GOOD". They would be looking in the future to further this to an "OUTSTANDING" rating. This is why they are looking at you to consider a 6 month minimum contract with them with possibilities to roll over . Come be a part of that journey and take on a new challenge.
