As part of our commitment to educational travel, we are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our team as Study Tour Group Mentors. As a Group Mentor, you will act as a guide and mentor to our study tour participant groups, providing students with opportunities to learn, grow and engage with diverse cultures. Role Responsibilities:

Tour Mentor
Following the Challenges Abroad ethos, you will serve as a positive role model, encouraging a strong sense of responsibility, respect and teamwork among students You'll inspire and motivate students to actively engage in the learning process, fostering a passion for exploration and discovery. Tour Facilitation
You'll ensure adherence to the tour itineraries that are created by Challenges abroad, keeping track of timings and activities, keeping the group on schedule and maximising the opportunities for learning and exploration. You'll keep accurate and detailed records of the tour, contributing towards programme evaluation and improvement. Safety and Wellbeing
You'll be responsible for implementing health and safety protocols and handling emergency situations. You'll proactively address safety concerns and provide guidance to participants on safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Cultural Studies, Tourism, etc.) preferred. Previous experience in leading educational tours or group travel with students. Desirable to have some cultural knowledge and familiarity with various countries and their customs. Please let us know if you have any country-specific work experience. First aid and CPR certification Willingness to obtain DBS check/ police check or equivalent Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication skills; including confidence in public speaking. Strong organisational and logistical skills. The ability to think on your feet and react to unexpected situations. Your attitudes of Success:
You should have a passion for working with young people and the ability to motivate, inspire and bring the topic to life to encourage lifelong learning and enthusiasm in the subject. You should be willing to undertake the required training advised by Challenges Abroad, which may take place in the UK. Benefits:
