The difference you will make.
As Chef de Partie, you will support the Sous Chef in maintaining quality, consistency, and production in the Kitchen.
Display your culinary skills by performing tasks, leading the kitchen team, and overseeing all food-related functions.
Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and staff satisfaction.

Your responsibilities.
  • Ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and garnishing of all dishes.
  • Serve food in appropriate portions and in a visually appealing manner.
  • Communicate menu specials and out-of-stock items to the service staff.
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines, including correct food temperatures and hygiene practices.
  • Monitor food quality, minimize waste, and report any discrepancies.
  • Operate kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Monitor food temperatures and report any issues promptly.
  • Prepare cold foods such as salads and sandwiches.
