Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of our LMS, including user and system administration, training content updates, maintaining training records, managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting system users. Your attention to detail and ability to use your own initiative will be crucial for success in this role.
For this position you will serve as the administration owner of the Learning Management System, covering user administration and system administration. You would Administer Learning Hub updates and content, Update the training dashboard for local sites and globally and Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Add, record, and schedule training within the LMS (MyLearning)
- Manage the new starter, induction, and leaver process
- Perform LMS user administration, including setting up and allocating onboarding curriculum, annual GMP program, EHS site procedures, departmental EHS (if applicable), QMS curriculum based on grade level, and job skills training curriculum.
- Update learning plans for transferred/promoted employees.
- Support users of the LMS
- Update SOPs
- Perform LMS system administration tasks, such as document control, course development, curricula assignments, item creation/design, and version control
- Run training reports
- Implement, maintain, and review departmental training matrix across our manufacturing division
- Raise purchase orders and collaborate with external vendors
- Fulfill additional ad-hoc duties as required by the site
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong numerical skills
- Knowledge of learning and development processes
- Knowledge of LMS systems
- Experience within a learning and development environment
- GCSE educated
- Driving licence is essential as travel to our Newbury & Graveley sites will be required bi-weekly
