About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best of breed process and technology.

As a core member of our Banking team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across banking services.

Purpose:

The products and services of Citco Custody (UK) Limited (the "Depositary") address the individual needs of our clients: to protect, preserve, and enhance assets in a secure and confidential environment. Our experienced workforce provides international investment managers with a comprehensive depositary, custody and banking service to assist them in executing their alternative investment strategies. The Depositary Analyst is responsible for completing all assigned review work in an effective and timely manner and to support the Depositary Account Manager to ensure the efficiency of the section is maintained.

Your Role:

You will ensure adherence to all policies & procedures.Monitor activity within client cash accounts and compliance with investment and borrowing restrictions.Perform comprehensive independent reviews of Net Asset Valuations.Provide assistance during on-site inspections.Liaise with other departments to ensure error/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner, as well as ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues.Deal with all queries received in a professional manner.Opportunity to Identify and propose procedural enhancements, as well as assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.Provide ad-hoc project support.About You:Previous fund admin or Depositary/Custody/ Trustee experience within the PERE / Hedge fundindustry is desirable but not a pre-requisitePrevious Audit, Private Equity / Hedge Funds experience desirableStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenGood knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc)Enthusiastic, Self-Motivated, Problem Solver/AnalyticalWorks effectively as part of a team and on your own initiativeDegree or equivalent is desirableOur Benefits
