Commercial Litigator

This is a senior role where you will work in an established team, managing an impressive caseload of commercial clients who require solutions in a variety of matters around their commercial business interest and property litigation.

Ensuring you understand your clients' requirements you will ensure they receive the best possible customer service and a strategy to resolve their conflict and obtain the best and most cost-effective settlement whether this is negotiating with other parties' direction or through their legal representation or attending court.

The work will suit a highly professional and experienced lawyer, with in excess of 5 years PQE who enjoys Dispute Resolution work. Our client, a Legal 500 is seeking a solicitor or CILEx able to mentor and support junior fee earners and support the Head of Department with trainees within the team. This is a leadership role; you will be involved with representing the firm at industry events and consider initiatives to improve processes as well as business development objectives.
