Here at Serco, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Fleet Administrator in Warrington. You will provide the necessary administrational support to Fleet, supporting the AASC Fleet. You will also provide the administrational support and effective management of all Serco internal Fleet Department requirements and Fuel Card administration requirements.
Main Accountabilities:
- Accurate maintenance of the vehicle and driver data in the Fleet Management System.
- Data entry into various databases, including penalty charge notice entry into the Fleet Management System.
- Running reporting for customers, including creation of exports and imports into the Fleet Management System.
- Processing driver declarations and conducting driving licence checking.
- Ordering and issuing of Fuel Cards, including administration aspects.
- Processing vehicle amendments on the Motor Insurance Database.
- Interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support for telephone and email queries.
- Developing ways to improve our working methods and processes to ensure we always provide the best service possible.
- Management of all Fuel/Mileage issues & complaints. Ensuring all relevant paperwork is scanned and attached to the records on FMS.
- Regular housekeeping of all Fleet data and management checks to ensure accurate data held.
- Interaction with internal/external parties; Fleet provider, telephone/email support for queries, Tolls.
- Mileage Capture System – maintaining relationship, sending daily reports to update all vehicle/driver changes and dealing with any queries.
- Dealing with any/all queries by phone/email by drivers, managers etc to do with any of the fleet & RT&DG services.
What you'll need to do the role:
- Have extensive experience in the use of Microsoft applications, in particular, but not restricted to, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Full Current Driving License.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Have extensive administration experience.
- Must be diplomatic when dealing with customers to prevent causing confrontation and complaints escalating.
