Salary per annum:
£24,000 to £30,000 (dependent on sales experience)

Permanent, full-time position
Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm / Friday 8am to 3pm


Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking for a new opportunity in West Bromwich? The role offers a competitive salary based on experience and the opportunity to work in a close-knit team.

We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills and preferably some sales experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a strong administrator
  • Motivated, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and team player

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Manage all aspects of sales administration
  • Answer incoming calls and monitor emails
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Provide sales and production information to managers
  • Reception cover during busy periods
