Our studio is situated in a river-front building in the heart of the Historic Dockyard in Chatham, Kent, UK. We are growing fast, developing our games using cutting-edge technology and delivering these on multiple platforms: PC, PlayStation 4 and 5 and Xbox One and Series S/X

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Brand Manager to champion a new IP for DTG, helping build and deliver against our road map from announce to launch. As well as supporting the brand marketing work on existing IP, adding further resource to the department, and ultimately driving more revenue.

Working alongside other Brand Managers and with the wider Product Marketing, CRM, Creative team, Community, and Insights teams you will ensure we have a clear brand architecture supporting our ambitious owned, earned and paid initiatives. Working with agencies where appropriate, you will ensure that any paid activity we undertake around key launches is budgeted, managed, and measured, to deliver against business goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing brand infrastructures for existing and new brand IPs and could also include other 3PP franchises.
  • Help us grow a service infrastructure around our games as we embrace data lead performance marketing.
  • Support the execution of the paid media and brand budget for our franchises.
  • Manage the go-to-market campaigns and work with the marketing team on asset execution for both first party and third party DLC expansions.
  • Work with the Creative Services team and external agencies to brief and source marketing assets.
  • Support the Community, Social teams, Comms teams alongside PR agencies and 1PP partners to ensure that we are maximising our owned and earned media coverage.
  • Work with our Digital Marketing and Dovetail Live teams to ensure we grow our platform infrastructure and maximise the effectiveness of our player acquisition funnel.
  • Support the work of our Dovetail Games' live streaming presentation, our DTG ambassador programme and drive our work with paid influencers, ensuring we stay aligned with marketing trends in these fields.
Person Specifications
  • 1-3 years, experience in a brand marketing role.
  • Marketing education or relevant qualification to degree level.
  • Skilled at presentation story telling in creation and delivery, using MS Office.
  • Highly motivated, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Organised, with the adaptability and ability to work in an ever-changing landscape.
  • Team player, taking an interest in educating other members of the team as well as enjoying working with others.
