This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction Litigator (1+PQE) to join a Top 30 international firm, based out of one of their Scotland offices.

The Role:

You will join a highly-ranked Construction team as an Associate in the firm's prestigious national team.

Acting for a mix of clients that include contractors, developers and government bodies, you will handle a range of matters from mediation to litigation and all forms of ADR. The team are regularly involved in high-profile, cross-jurisdictional work across the infrastructure, transport and energy sectors.

You will play a vital role in this close-knit team and will work hand-in-hand with Partners as you help to cement client relationships. Expect the platform to develop your leadership and commercial skills in a role that offers a real opportunity to become an all-around lawyer and partner-in-making.
