This Assistant Headteacher for overcoming barriers in learning will:-

  • provide support and guidance to pupils and those engaged with them, both in school and at home, through the provision of strategies to mitigate barriers to learning in order to promote effective participation, raise aspirations and attainment
  • support the school to further improve and provide our children with the best education possible as well as ensuring staff have access to appropriate, and high standard of professional development opportunities.
