We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Relief House Supervisor and make a positive impact on the lives of our customers

As a Relief House Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a first-class housing service to vulnerable residents, empowering them to maintain their independence within their tenancy and continue living in their community for as long as possible.

You will work closely with residents, providing a balanced meal service, maintaining their dignity and privacy, monitoring their wellbeing, and collaborating with support colleagues, local agencies, and services to ensure their well-being.

You will also oversee compliance with hygiene and health & safety standards, ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the house, reporting repairs as needed, manage financial regulations related to procurement and petty cash expenditure.

The ideal candidate must have:
The ability to cook for groups.
A commitment to delivering high quality support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic IT skills, ability to use apps and devices to support service provision.
An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work on a rota basis including weekends.
