We are currently seeking an After Sales Service Administrator to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Wigan. Your role will be to administer and assist the Aftercare Support Team in order to meet the business objectives of the organisation, ensuring the highest standards of after sales service is delivered constantly to all our customers.

Key duties and responsibilities .

Dealing with correspondence customer enquires quotations orders and informational requests

Logging and arranging Engineers work with customer sites including site specific documentation

Producing Quotations / following up quotations

Assisting with customer enquiries

Assisting with Maintenance agreements

Assisting with Risk and Method Statements

Copying and producing Documentation

General office duties

Requirements

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational skills

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
