Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor passionate about advocating for fair workplace practices? Join a dynamic Local Authority in Thames Valley, where you will provide expert advice on employment law.

What You'll Do:

Advise on all aspects of employment lawDraft and negotiate settlement agreements.Handle employment claims and draft legal responses.Instruct the Principal Advocate or CounselManage cases, conduct preliminary hearings, and provide adviceAttend panels and committees, advising panel members as needed.
Requirements:You are a qualified Solicitor with at least three years' post-qualification experienceYou have a track record of advising on complex employment mattersYou have strong negotiation and drafting skills.
