Class 1 Tramping

Location: TF13 6DD

Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Work

Salary: £14.50-£17.00 p/h plus £25 for night out

Schedule: Monday Friday, some Saturdays too; x4 night out a week

5am till finish

Induction to be passed before shifts starts

Our client is has been the UK's leading and most trusted manufacturer and distributor of wooden garden products for over 50 years. From fences to sheds, garden buildings, decking, and decorative structures, their extensive range is available online and in over 3,000 retail stores nationwide.

Responsibilities :

• Safely operate company HGV vehicles for the delivery of garden products.
• Ensure accurate and on-time delivery to customer locations.
• Handle products with care to maintain their quality during transportation.
• Provide excellent customer service, representing them in a positive manner.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 HGV license.
• CPC qualification.
• Previous experience in driving a range of HGV vehicles.
• Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
