THE ROLE:
Our client has achieved incredible growth and as they continue to expand their presence globally, they are seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join their Legal team.
The role will include (but not be limited to)- Partnering with business leaders to help them grow but whilst ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Managing and mitigating legal risks, drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements and generally supporting an exciting growing business.
- You will have the support of the senior members of the Legal Team and will have the opportunity to play a key role for them through a key time of growth.
- You will also be part of Legal team which looks after all regions outside of North America, so there is plenty of opportunity for diversity, growth and interest.
THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2+ years PQE (open to considering candidates from a wide range of PQE levels).
- An understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices and an interest in working for a public company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners.
- A high degree of self-management, initiative, reliability and flexibility to ensure that the best possible service is given.
