If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Product Development team as a Product Developer, with a primary focus on our Equipment range of bags and rucksacks.

The role you'd play:

Develop and create tech packs in PLM to effectively communicate requirements for design aesthetic, fit, load transfer, and construction. Lead fitting sessions and proto reviews, ensuring prototypes accurately reflect construction specifications. Collaborate with the Asia team counterparts to optimize the development process and prototype approval. Drive a collaborative approach to product development, working closely with in-house sampling teams and design. Ensure consumer needs and sustainability targets are prioritized in development decision-making. Deliver projects on time and within budget through rigorous product/cost engineering and manufacturing feasibility assessment. Propose cost-saving solutions to achieve seasonal margin targets while balancing creativity and functionality. What you'd bring:

Technical product development experience in sports/outdoor equipment/apparel. Experience in engineering products to enhance margin, quality, and efficiencies. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working with technical fabrics and componentry. Familiarity with PLM, Adobe Illustrator, and/or 3D software (CLO, Browzwear) is an asset. Ability to think creatively with strong attention to detail. Capacity to operate at pace with flexibility, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a collaborative mindset.
