Our client seeks an Advisory Consultant - Restructuring to join their team
Role Profile: To provide administrative support within the busy Advisory department's restructuring practice. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated team players with a passion for getting involved in all aspects of client relationship and case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain restructuring case files;
- At all times communicate with external and internal clients in a professional and client-service orientated manner;
- Ensure the Restructuring pipeline is kept up to date and populated as required;
- Billing and fees are managed in a timely manner;
- Ensure external correspondence is delivered quickly, accurately and to a high standard and in accordance with branding guidelines;
- Support the production of formal reports, client proposals and engagement letters;
- Organise and co-ordinate Restructuring meetings and forums including minute taking;
- General administration support such as mail merges, deliveries to Companies Registry and ad hoc duties as required;
- Develop and apply knowledge of restructuring case administration in Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man; and Work closely with the wider Advisory team if/when required.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Secondary education with either a relevant professional qualification or be willing to work towards obtaining a relevant professional qualification;
- Ideally have previous experience in an administrative role within a professional service firm;
- Previous experience of producing formal business reports and client proposals would be desirable;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Able to work across multiple complex engagements to tight deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written; and Language requirements – strong spoken, listening and written English.
