A well established, top 200 firm require a dedicated and driven Private Client Fee earner to join their busy Wills & Probate team.
The role will involve the following:
You will undertake a full private client caseload which will include drafting Wills and LPAs, dealing with the administration of estates and trust workDeliver high quality service and ensuring that your clients are advised and supported throughout the entire serviceTo apply firm and departmental processes and procedures. This would include achieving agreed fee earning and caseload targetsParticipate in business generation activities including identifying and attending appropriate networking opportunitiesAdvising on related tax mattersRequirements:
You will either be a Senior/Fee earning paralegal, NQ Solicitor or Legal ExecutiveGood technical knowledgeCase management experienceOn offer is a competitive salary and bonus structure + home working
