About the Role:
This varied role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment, partnering with highly experienced Secretaries, Solicitors, and Directors. The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Managing transactions from initial instruction to post-completion.Developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients, ensuring their conveyancing needs are met.Proactively and professionally communicating with clients, external partners, and internal colleagues via telephone and email.Relaying messages and providing assistance to senior colleagues when necessary.Working as part of an effective and efficient team, covering for others where necessary.Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience as a Residential Property Assistant/Paralegal.Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.A keen attention to detail.A flexible and adaptable approach.The ability to prioritise workload efficiently.Punctuality, honesty, and trustworthiness.Excellent communication skills.An understanding of the confidential nature of the legal environment.Benefits:
