Job Description:


CRA Consulting is delighted to represent a well-established high street practice in Huddersfield, seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
  • Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
  • Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and preparing reports on title.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
  • Proficiency with conveyancing case management systems.

  • Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience.
