Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Finance Analyst to join the B2B FP&A team. Primary responsibilities include delivery of high-quality reporting, analysis, and insight to business leaders on financial performance, and preparation of monthly forecasts. This will involve interacting with all levels of the organization, helping drive the business forward.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter with prior experience in enabling solid business decisions through financial insights, meaningful analysis, and reporting as well as business partnering with non-finance stakeholders. You will also maintain and evolve financial business models to help visualize key P&L impacts and support decision making process.

What you'll do:

  • Own the month-end reporting process on a global B2B business performance delivering to Senior Management and the CFO; identifying key business drivers
  • Business partner with key stakeholders including Commercial Finance to get in depth analysis behind P&L drivers
  • Working closely with Divisions' finance stakeholders to ensure robust understanding of business dynamics and complexity
  • Challenge status quo of existing processes and proactively seek for better working with other team members to create efficiency and time saving for all
  • Digitization projects/Automation of internal processes - Development and maintenance of Datastore and dashboards providing Bookings, Revenue & Margin, and other KPIs to Senior Management team
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and presentations when required

Who you are:

  • A BA/BSc 2:1 or above (or equivalent) from an accredited university
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA considered a plus or equivalent related
  • professional experience
  • Excellent experience in providing analysis and insights to key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment; ideally in an FP&A role
  • Very organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects within tight timelines
  • Experience with analysis, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Professional, "get it done" attitude and work ethic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly desired - Experience using Hyperion Planning/Essbase and Thinkcell tools
