Als Business Capability Expert in het team Strategic Process Management & Operational Excellence binnen Central Asset Management bij RWE Generation, speel je een sleutelrol in het bereiken van operationele uitmuntendheid binnen Gas, Biomassa en Hydro Technologieën. In deze rol fungeer je als proceseigenaar voor overkoepelende systemen, kennis en data, en specifiek als de business capability expert voor Voorraadbeheer en Apparatuurinspectie en als eigenaar van het Materiaalbeheer domein.

Over de functie

  • Samen met de Technology Business Capability coördinatoren en Plant Representatives de ontwikkeling van je bedrijfsdomein en -vaardigheden aansturen.
  • Medeontwikkelen en standaardiseren van overkoepelende methoden, processen en systemen en continue ondersteuning bieden voor verschillende technologieën.
  • Identificeren en implementeren van best practices op het gebied van O&M in ons hele portfolio, inclusief nieuw gebouwde initiatieven.
  • Verantwoordelijk als expert op het gebied van E2E-procesbeheer en stimuleren van verbeteringen samen met de business.
  • Zorg voor consistente governance over technologieën van processen en systemen.
  • Implementeren, verbeteren en leveren van expertise op generatiebrede systemen zoals SAP.
  • Ondersteunt het Digital Transformation Office bij het aansturen van digitalisering in verschillende technologieën over onderwerpen zoals operaties op afstand.
  • Benchmarken en vertalen van best practices in verschillende industrieën en het creëren van World Class Performance binnen ons bedrijf.

Functie-eisen en ervaring

  • Universitair diploma in bedrijfskunde, techniek of vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
  • Meerdere jaren werkervaring en een mentaliteit van levenslang leren.
  • Vaardigheden in processen en management, met aantoonbaar complex denkvermogen.
  • Focus op het behalen van betere bedrijfsresultaten op internationaal niveau.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het bevorderen van teamwerk.
  • Enthousiasme, assertiviteit, besluitvaardigheid en veilig gedrag op alle niveaus.
  • Taalvaardigheden in Duits en Engels, met de bereidheid om zakelijk Engels te verbeteren indien nodig.
