We are excited to be recruiting for a Head Chef based at Southbank Centre.

Location – Southbank Centre
Working pattern – This will be a 5 over 7 position depending on business requirements. This role will involve working a mix of shifts which are mainly day shifts or middle shifts from 11am to 8pm – very few late finishes Key responsibilities

  • You'll be showcasing your wonderful pizza-making skills
  • Help build a brand and develop a delicious fresh food offering
  • Ensuring the kitchen service is running smoothly
  • Adhering to exceptionally high standards - including cleanliness
  • Making, stretching and baking dough in a fast-paced environment Our Ideal Candidate will:

    • Have experience of leading a team of up to 7 chefs

    • Be passionate about heading up a brand-new pizza concept in one of London's busiest public buildings

    • Be capable of maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards

    • Have the ability to clearly communicate and lead a team

    • Possess a hands-on attitude
