In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care, ensuring the fulfillment of all clinical governance and compliance targets. Requirements

  • NMC Registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Relevant experience as Lead Nurse
  • Responsible for the provision of clinical leadership
  • Responsible for staff attendance and scheduling
  • First point of escalation for operational queries

Desired skills encompass independence, effective decision making, strong communication abilities (including delivering difficult news), efficient time management, and knowledge of risk management, job planning, and appraisal review processes.
