Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our rapidly growing luxury leather goods brand. It is a unique opportunity to make a great impact within a small team while growing your expertise in Merchandising.
The ideal candidate will be supporting the Head of Buying and Merchandising with inventory movements across the business for all channels (Retail, E-Commerce and Wholesale), as well as provide reporting and analysis on key KPIs to support trading decisions while optimising sales and stock.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage allocations to multiple DC's and retail locations. Owning the end-to-end process of moving stock from our central warehouse monitoring deliveries, maintaining stock levels across all channels.
Manage stock adjustments in Brightpearl, working with stores and warehouses to continually improve processes and ultimately stock accuracy while monitoring deliveries and maintaining stock levels across all channels
Produce and distribute any company trade reports, such as Best Seller reports, Store Category reports, and Sales by Channel reports, on a weekly basis, as well as any other ad hoc reporting as requested by the Head of Buying & Merchandising
Manage inventory transfers between stores as well as store/customer requests in addition to wholesale allocations
Retail and wholesale order management and Purchase Order uploads into ERP
Work with wider team on KPI targets, for example desired stock levels on core product.
Collaborate with wider team to successfully execute new season launches, EOS
Owner of product on ERP including correct RRP's, COGs and seasonal coding transitions
Essential Skills & Requirements:
1-2 years' experience in a similar role
Knowledge/understanding of the Retail Merchandising function
Confidence using Microsoft Excel including knowledge and use of formulas
The ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and departments
The ability work independently, multitask and achieve deadlines
