Mobile Legionella Plumber - Brighton, England - Facilities Management - 34,000 DOE

A great opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Legionella Plumber to join a world-class facilities management Company based in the UK.

  • Full time, Permanent
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am to 5pm
  • 34,000 DOE
  • Fully expensed van
  • Mobile Position

Role Responsibilities:

  • PPM and reactive maintenance
  • carry out a range of monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing.
  • Carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
  • Maintain customer's water safe logbooks
  • To take a variety of Water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with the Water Technical Manual guidance.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • NVQ level 2 in Plumbing is an essential
  • Clean Full UK Driving license
  • L8 Experience is an advantage
