Legal Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham / Hybrid

Chadwick Nott is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced legal recruiter to join our Birmingham private practice team. The team is very well established in the market and has an excellent reputation with both clients and candidates.

Role highlights:

Opportunity to take over a very warm and well established permanent private practice desk with a range of strong client and candidate relationshipsUse your expertise in legal recruitment to source the best legal talent for a wide variety of law firms from international, national and regional firms through to smaller practices across the Midlands, Northern Home Counties and East Anglia regionsCollaborate with a vibrant team dedicated to providing an excellent service to law firms and lawyers alikeWhy Chadwick Nott?

You will work alongside bright individuals who pride themselves in being consultative legal sector experts, working with integrity. Everyone is treated like adults - micro management and rigid KPIs is not what we are about.

You will have the freedom to manage your own desk by developing personal relationships with both candidates and clients and work alongside highly experienced colleagues across the UK. You will be given the tools and support you need to succeed and our commission structure is market leading and completely transparent with no threshold.

What we are looking for:

A proven track record in legal recruitmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsResilience and adaptability We have a number of home workers and part time consultants in the business. Whilst the team are based in Birmingham and work on a hybrid basis, applications are welcome from both full-time and part-time applicants and there is flexibility around where the role can be based.
