As a French Teacher at our prestigious school, you will have the opportunity to engage students in dynamic and interactive French lessons, fostering a love for the language and culture. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive French lessons to students across various age groupsDevelop and implement appropriate teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of studentsAssess and evaluate students' progress regularly, providing timely feedback and support to ensure their ongoing developmentFoster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active student participation and a love for language learningCollaborate with the modern languages department to develop and enhance curriculum materials and resourcesCommunicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of students' progress and addressing any concerns or questionsParticipate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest educational practices and pedagogical approaches

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in French Language and/or Modern Languages EducationProven experience teaching French at primary or secondary levelDeep knowledge and understanding of the French language and cultureStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and connect with students, parents, and colleaguesAbility to differentiate instruction to meet the unique learning needs of studentsHigh level of organization and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasksPassion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for language learning in studentsFamiliarity with the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
