8.55 – 3.05 Weds and Thurs, 8.55 – 12.05 Friday (subject to an increase in hours with the enrolment of new children), Term Time Only (39 weeks/year)

15 hours and 30 mins per week Salary: £8, £8,792.11 per annum

St. Kenelm's is a small village school in a beautiful rural setting. We are looking to appoint a dedicated and suitably qualified Nursery Assistant for our governor-led nursery which caters for 3 and 4 year-old children.

We are looking for a Nursery assistant who:

  • has a creative approach that will inspire, challenge and motivate all learners
  • has experience of working in a Nursery/EYFS setting, supporting pupils with varying needs
  • understands the principles of learning in the Foundation Stage
  • has high expectations in terms of children's behaviour and learning
  • can work effectively as a team member
  • holds NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
  • is happy to undertake training as appropriate.
