About the Role: As the Senior Back End Developer, you'll be the cornerstone of our backend development efforts, designing, developing, and maintaining services for our internal and public-facing Angular applications, including our 7m revenue public website. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of the backend side, mentor future team members, and play a crucial role in steering the direction of our development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement backend development strategies
  • Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and robust code
  • Mentor and develop less experienced team members
  • Implement best practices for high-quality, performant, and scalable solutions

  • Set and maintain code quality standards and testing regimes
