Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and well-structured lessons in accordance with the national curriculumAssess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidanceCreate a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growthManage classroom behaviour and ensure student safety at all timesCollaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practicesCommunicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievementsAttend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required

Requirements

Hold a recognized teaching qualification in English or a related fieldHave experience teaching English at the primary or secondary levelPossess excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworksDemonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skillsShow commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with educational trends and researchBe passionate about education and inspiring studentsHave excellent organizational and time management skills
