Description

  • Daily management of the newly formed billing team. Ensuring invoices are raised on time, processes are documented / efficient and providing the orders and billing team with support and back up as they learn their new roles
  • Audit preparation and completion. Support the FC and CFO in ensuring the company is audit ready, prepare audit schedules as needed and manage the day to day audit process with the newly appointed auditors
  • Help lead the transition from SAP BYD to SAP S/4 HANA. Support the FC and CFO with the design of the new COA, plan and execute UAT, support the team through training. The programme is being delivered by the internal SAP consulting team
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process
  • Produce monthly consolidated management accounts including P&L accounts, BS, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
  • Support and mentor less experienced members of the finance team through a period of learning and process improvement. Help identify and drive process improvement and efficiency in the month end close process

Profile

ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified Accountant / QBE

A good track record working within Management Accounts

Management track record

Experience using SAP a distinct advantage

Professional Interim with the mindset of delivering change in a short period of time

Systems literate and process focussed
