About the Role: A forward-thinking and dynamic school in the Winchester area is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their cover team. This role is vital in maintaining high-quality learning environments during staff absences. Successful candidates will be offered either a permanent, temporary or an ad-hoc (bank staff) contract, whicever works best for you.
Purpose: The vision is to ensure that, even in the absence regular staff, their students continue to make progress in a high-quality learning environment. This role offers bespoke training and support, after which the individual will independently supervise classes across various subjects and abilities.
