Support the Senior Social Media Manager in creating, planning and delivering social media plans across all social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter Responsible for daily posting on all social media channels Responsible for reporting across all social media channels turning insights into action by utilising data learnings to drive relevancy and efficiency Identify new opportunities to test, learn and maximise performance Support with content creation shoots including research and planning Participate in content idea generation sessions Engage, moderate and grow the Boden community across all social media platforms Monitor platform developments, as well as keeping up to date with industry research, audiences and innovation Conduct regular competitor research to ensure Boden's social media strategy remains ahead of the competitive set THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Relevant experience within social media, either within fashion or retail A high degree of numeracy and literacy Excellent attention to detail Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Willing to monitor social accounts outside of regular business hours (evenings/weekends) A BIT ABOUT YOU
