Working as a Warehouse Team Leader in Redditch-

You will work accurately under pressure, operate your forklift safely and securely in line with our Three Moral Promises, and possess a desire to learn & develop. The role is physical and hands-on.

  • Check goods in and ensure all goods are transported and/or unloaded in a safe and timely manner;
  • To assist the Operatives in accurately picking customer orders, completing stock rotations and replenishing stock;
  • To perform any other reasonable task as requested by more senior staff;

    Hours: Monday - Friday fixed shift 2pm-10pm 10pm-6am 6am - 2pm Overtime available Pay: Salary of £12.10 per hour shift allowance of £2.85 between the hours of 10pm-6am Working as a Warehouse Team Leader in Redditch- You will be Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager you will play a key role in contributing to the smooth, and efficient operational activities within the department to meet, and exceed, both customer and company expectations.
