- This firm is seeking a full-time professional to support Conveyancing Fee Earners for maternity cover from October to July, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent.
- The firm takes pride in fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth and development.
- Responsibilities include managing correspondence via phone and email, responding to queries, and scanning documents.
- Setting up and maintaining digital files.
- Preparing TR1 and Stamp Duty forms.
- Meeting and greeting clients in person.
- Managing post-completion tasks and completing Land Registry requisitions.
- Verifying timely receipt of necessary documents from clients.
- Compiling completion documents and issuing notices.
- Ordering required searches, reviewing them, and reporting to the Fee Earner or client.
- Applicants should be highly organised, IT literate, and have excellent time management skills.
- The successful candidate will have experience in all the above and be able to hit the ground running
