Role Purpose:

We are searching for a Creative Graphic Designer who will add value to the exciting and growing brand & design team. You will be working on creating exciting marketing collateral and assets that deliver impact and brand recognition on multiple brands.

*Roles and Responsibilities: *


• Developing creative and engaging artwork and assets for materials targeted at education professionals, agents, business partners, students, and parents. This includes designing printed literature, online and offline campaigns, adverts, emails, presentations, direct mail, event and exhibition materials, and other materials in line with the company's brand identity.

• Proofing, quality-checking, and preparing artwork and content for printing/publishing.

• Designing, updating, and organising internal documents.

• Support and collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams.

• Help to manage brand implementation and consistency across brand.

• Monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency from other Design team members.

• Regular communication with all stakeholders to manage expectations.

Essential Skills and Experience:


• At least five years of working experience in a digital designer role.

• Meticulous attention to design detail with typography and layout skills.

• Proficient in Adobe CC's Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Ability to anticipate trends and keep your finger on the pulse of visual design trends and innovations.

• Ability to create visually engaging long-form documents, including brochures, reports, fact sheets, sales presentations, and pitch decks.

• Ability to create visually engaging short-form content, including social, video snippets, display advertising, and email marketing.

• Ability to create illustrations, infographics/data-visuals with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.

• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

• Ability to create designs for roll-up banners and merchandising.

• Ability to work from branding guidelines.

• Responsive design experience (desktop, mobile, tablet).

• Team Player.

• Motivated, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

• Ability to manage workload and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of visual content.

• Positive, innovative, creative approach to design and marketing; proactive, open to change, and always seeking new ideas, concepts, and practices to enhance abilities and outputs.

• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.

• Bring creative ideas to the table, suggest improvements to existing collateral, and help set our brand apart from the competition while researching relevant competitors and market trends.

• An excellent portfolio.

*Desirable Skills and Qualifications: *


• Professional certificate or Bachelor's degree or qualification in Graphic Design or related field.

• Understanding of print production processes and file preparation for various mediums.

• Photography skills or an understanding of visual storytelling through images.

• Work experience within a multinational company.

• Illustration and Motion Graphics skills.

• Basic animation skills.
