You'll start as a Trainee but will be tasked with progressing to CAS within 6-12 months with the assistance and guidance of the Managing Partner.

You will be joining the growing 'desk based' advice team, the service provided to clients is a full comprehensive financial planning service.

Requirements:

  • Candidates MUST be Diploma qualified as a minimum.
  • You must have experience within financial services, ideally working within an Advisory role (such as a Mortgage or Protection Advisor) although the company are willing to consider people with relevant skills and qualifications from different backgrounds, such as Paraplanners who can demonstrate client facing or business development skills.
  • You must have a very strong technical knowledge of all financial services products.
  • Personality is key. We're looking for a driven and motivated individual. Candidates should have excellent people skills and should be able to prove that they are highly resilient, hard-working and have the ability to quickly form strong relationships.

This would suit an individual who is a natural communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and is now looking to move on and progress their career with a well-established and friendly company.
